While I do not classify myself as a “birther” I do acknowledge a concern about what is happening here. I am also not a “truther” but there have been some questions raised about 9-11 that I would like to see answered. And in my heart I know Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone. So what am I saying? I don’t trust the government as far as I can spit. I can’t spit.

BHO has orchestrated a cover-up of his past. I’m sorry but I and many others were raised to believe if you have nothing to hide there is no reason to do so. A little bible reading here would be appropriate from Luke 12:2 “For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known”. We will find this out eventually. Hopefully before it is too late.

But for now, our leaders in Congress, our soldiers, our local and state governments and especially our judges – all of which took an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of these United States from all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC -why have they ALL stuck their heads in the sand?

Remember his campaign promise for a more open and transparent administration? You want my respect and support? You want me to stop bashing POTUS? Fine. Open your kimono buddy. Then we’ll talk.

Disturbing in the least.

It’s sad, really. Many people consider themselves to be Democrats without fully understanding the party’s, platform, beliefs, agenda, motivations or even who is running things behind the scenes. And I will be honest and balanced. Many Republicans are the same way. The difference, IMHO, is the Republican party is most closely aligned with conservative principles. The Democrats are now days called Progressives but they are really just statist’s. Yes, their philosophy is described as liberalism but the driving force behind all they say and do is statism.

A satist believes “that sovereignty is vested not in the people but in the national state, and that all individuals and associations exist only to enhance the power, the prestige, and the well-being of the state. The fascist concept of statism, which as seen as synonymous with the concept of nation, and corporatism repudiates individualism and exalts the nation as an organic body headed by the Supreme Leader and nurtured by unity, force, and discipline.”¹ So what, are they fascists too? You tell me. “The concept of fascism which goes so far as to “advocate the creation of a single-party state, with the belief that the majority is unsuited to govern itself through democracy and by reaffirming the benefits of inequality.”² Sound familiar? It should. The current Obama administration and a majority of both houses of Congress are currently being run by this philosophy and its cousin, socialism.

Well they won the election didn’t they? Don’t get me started. No, it was a gift from their cronies in the MSM, the corrupt community organizers of ACORN, several unions and the uneducated populace. The price? The America we all know and love.

So what is their end game? Where will there policies and ideas and changes take us? Have a look.

Image what he will do if he ever meets with Hu Jintao or Wen Jiabao. Something will probably get kissed and it won’t be a hand or a ring. This is sad but understandable. If you owe someone say billions of dollars you best behave as if you know it. Michelle Malkin takes it further with a show of how other world leaders behave. I don’t know about you but as an American it saddens me greatly to see the leader President of our country kowtow to anyone.

It’s sad, really. You’d think the Chairman of an independent agency of the US Government would be more “up” on current news and events. But alas, like many of the so called intellectuals in this country Rocco Landesman is out of touch with reality. Which goes hand in hand with his political leanings – liberal and completely clueless.

In a speech given October 21 in New York, Mr. Landesman lauded BHO as a writer and an artist.
IMHO he is neither.

Which brings me to President Obama, our Optimist in Chief. He is a writer, an artist but we’ll come to that later. His second book had a title that would resonate with Lionel Tiger: “The Audacity of Hope”. This is much more than a felicitous phrase that he found in a sermon: it is the manifesto of this presidency and will lay the groundwork for the most arts-supportive administration since Roosevelt.

This is the first president that actually writes his own books since Teddy Roosevelt and arguably the first to write them really well since Lincoln. If you accept the premise, and I do, that the United States is the most powerful country in the world, then Barack Obama is the most powerful writer since Julius Caesar. That has to be good for American artists.

For the record Mr. Landesman, I do accept the premise that the USA is the most powerful country in the world. However, I do not accept that BHO is anything other than a usurper. And definitely not a writer/artist. While it cannot be determined beyond any certainty, the blogosphere is ripe with commentary regarding the authorship of both “Dreams Of My Father” and “Audacity Of Hope”. Was it BHO? Or (more likely) was it Bill Ayers? Yes, that Bill Ayers, the unrepentant domestic terrorist/anarchist exposed by the Right and ignored by the Leftist MSM all during the 2008 election. Or perhaps some other contributor who also wrote speeches for BHO on the campaign trail? For many it was and still is a non-issue. BHO said he wrote it and after all, the blogosphere is just an illegitimate news source, right? Ask Dan Rather and Van Jones about that. My point is with the amount of suspicion regarding the authorship of his books, is it wise to anoint him “…the most powerful writer since Julius Caesar”? I don’t think so. In fact it seems to me to be rather impertinent and a complete non-sequitur. And finally, I would be very concerned at any linking of BHO to Julius Caesar. You do remember that story did not end well.

Little by little I am finding it necessary to expand my personal boycott of anything liberal. Probably my first target was Michael Moore. I wanted to see his first documentary Bowling For Columbine before I knew of his political leanings. I never saw it nor have I seen any of his other propaganda projects. Now I just consider him to be a waste of good oxygen. Much like my opinion of Janeane Garofalo. The next to go were the news mags, Time and Newsweek who aren’t worth the cost of the dead trees they are printed on. Their bias is overwhelming and thick enough to cut with a knife. Next came the network news shows – you know, all the letter giants CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC (especially it’s illegitimate spin off PMSNBC). Celeb-tards have followed close behind. I won’t even dignify them by repeating their names here but you know who they are and you have read their verbal diarrhea. I refuse to read any article written by or about them, I won’t pay $.01 to see their faces in those other waste-of-paper mags US and People and I won’t watch their TV shows or go see their movies. Call me opinionated but I refuse to give them quarter. And I am sure they feel the same about me so touche. (more…)
