About This Blog

For years I have toyed with the idea of a personal blog. Truth be known, I recognized the tremendous potential on the internet of blogs years ago. But as a true, dedicated procrastinator, I never seemed to get around to it. Although I did blog my Alaskan cruise back in 2003. I started last year (2009) when I found I had a little extra time on my hands recovering from a 2 1/2 month hospitalization for sepsis and finally got started. My intent was to make it a personal account of my recent experiences and life in 2009. But lately events in and around this country have prompted me to expand my vision. There is much to discuss in America in 2010 and beyond. Warning – I may get political on you. I don’t apologize for being a Christian conservative. I respect the opinions of others and value their right to express it. I will always welcome feedback. I trust my readers will do the same.
